Varmia Studio Sp. z o.o., registered in Olsztyn, Poland ("Data Controller"), is committed to your privacy. This site does not collect, store, or process any personal data on our end.

Booking: meeting scheduling is handled entirely by Cal.com, Inc. When you book a call, your name and email are submitted directly to Cal.com under their privacy policy. We do not store this data ourselves.

Contact by email: emails sent to hello@varmia.studio are received in our inbox and not stored in any database or CRM system.

Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics. No personal data or cookies are used for this purpose.

On-premise deployments: AI systems we build and deploy on your infrastructure remain entirely under your control. After handover, we do not access or process data within your systems unless explicitly engaged for support under a separate agreement.
